Down the mountain....

Well, the only bad part of a snow storm is digging out when it's time to leave...



Poor hubby spent quite a bit of time shoveling.



Then we hit the road thinking everything was clear and we would zip right on down the mountain...



But then it started snowing again....



And the roads outside of town were snowy, icy and treacherous...



My blood pressure goes up just looking at these...

We passed 3 separate accidents with cars that had slid on the ice...what a nail biting trip down the mountain!  I was never so glad to see a rain covered road in my life!
